Frequently Asked Questions

A round trip from Guwahati to Tawang takes a minimum of 6 to 7 days due to the extreme distances and high-altitude mountain roads (crossing Sela Pass). Squeezing Tawang into a 5-day trip results in unsafe, exhausting 12-hour driving days. This 5-day itinerary perfectly balances relaxation, nature (Dirang), and culture (Bomdila) without travel fatigue.

Yes, an Inner Line Permit (ILP) is strictly mandatory for Indian citizens from other states to enter Arunachal Pradesh. You do not need to worry, as our team will process the ILP for you in advance. We will simply need your ID proofs and passport-size photographs.

Not at all. This specific itinerary is very safe regarding altitude. The highest point you will stay at is Bomdila (8,000 ft) and Dirang (4,900 ft), which are moderate altitudes. You will not be crossing the extreme 13,700 ft Sela Pass, making this trip highly suitable for children and the elderly.

The best time is from October to April. The weather is incredibly pleasant, and you get clear views of the mountains. Dirang looks beautiful in spring (March/April) when the orchards bloom.

Yes. While visiting Gompas (like GRL and Thupsung Dhargye Ling), visitors must dress modestly. Hats and caps must be removed inside religious premises. Always walk clockwise around Chortens (stupas) and prayer wheels.
