Day-wise Itinerary
Om Swastiastu! Welcome to the Island of the Gods. Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, our friendly English-speaking guide will meet you. You will be comfortably transferred to your hotel or private villa in Ubud, the lush, jungle heartland of Bali and the perfect base camp for your adventures. After a hearty breakfast, get ready to get wet! Head to the Ayung River for an exhilarating White Water Rafting experience. Accompanied by a professional river guide, you will navigate through 10 kilometers of Class II and III rapids, passing by hidden waterfalls, deep valleys, and intricately carved stone walls. A buffet lunch is provided after the raft. Your day begins early—around 2:00 AM! You will be picked up and driven to the base of Mount Batur. Equipped with flashlights, begin your guided 2-hour trek up the active volcano under a blanket of stars. Reach the summit just in time to witness a spectacular sunrise over the caldera and Lake Batur. Enjoy a simple breakfast cooked using the volcano's natural steam. The trek is considered moderate. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the summit. While you do not need technical climbing skills, the path is rocky and volcanic ash can be slippery. A basic level of fitness and good, sturdy sports/hiking shoes are required.
No previous experience is required for either! For ATV riding, you will be given a safety briefing and a practice run. For Rafting, the Ayung River features manageable Class II & III rapids, and your professional raft guide will navigate the boat. Just bring a sense of adventure!
