Welcome! Our representative will greet you at the Jammu Airport or Railway Station. From here, we will embark on a comfortable drive to Katra (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours), the base camp for the holy Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and collect your Yatra Parchi (pilgrimage slip). Rest and prepare for the next day's trek. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra.
Today is dedicated to spirituality. After an early breakfast, proceed to the Banganga drop-off point. Begin your holy trek (approx. 14 km) to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine located in the Trikuta Mountains. You may choose to walk, hire a pony, a palanquin, or use the helicopter service (subject to pre-booking and weather). After seeking divine blessings at the holy cave, trek back to Katra. Relax your tired muscles at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your scenic drive towards the beautiful kashmir Valley. We will journey to Pahalgam (approx. 7-8 hours drive), passing through the stunning Patnitop and Jawahar Tunnel. Upon reaching Pahalgam, check into the hotel. Enjoy the soothing sound of the Lidder River flowing nearby and relax. Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, explore the lush green valleys of Pahalgam. You can hire a local union taxi to visit the breathtaking Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari. In the afternoon, check out from the hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Gulmarg (The Meadow of Flowers). Arrive in Gulmarg, check into your hotel, and enjoy the chilly, snowy vibes. After a leisurely breakfast, check out from the hotel. Today features the most awaited part of your kashmir trip—checking into a traditional, luxurious, hand-carved wooden Houseboat on Dal Lake. Enjoy absolute peace on the water. In the late afternoon, take a relaxing Shikara ride as the sun sets over the lake. Enjoy a traditional kashmiri dinner. Overnight stay in the Houseboat.
Wake up to a serene morning on the lake. After enjoying breakfast on the houseboat, proceed to check out. If you have time before your flight, you can visit local markets for authentic kashmiri souvenirs, including Pashmina shawls, saffron, and dry fruits.
