Tour Overview

Escape into the pristine wilderness with our meticulously designed 06 Nights / 07 Days MP Wildlife & Waterfalls Tour Package. This unique itinerary perfectly balances the adrenaline rush of tracking big cats in dense jungles with the soothing tranquility of madhya-pradesh's most spectacular waterfalls.

Your adventure begins in Bhopal, the city of lakes, moving swiftly towards the "Queen of Satpura" — Pachmarhi. Nestled high in a valley of the Satpura Range, Pachmarhi is a lush hill station famous for its cascading waterfalls like Bee Fall and Rajat Prapat, ancient caves, and breathtaking sunset viewpoints.

From the highlands, descend into the untamed beauty of Satpura National Park (Madhai). Unlike other crowded parks, Satpura offers a highly exclusive wildlife experience, allowing thrilling jeep safaris, walking safaris, and serene canoe safaris to spot leopards, sloth bears, and crocodiles. The grand finale of your tour takes place in Jabalpur, where you will witness the mighty Narmada River plummeting down the Dhuandhar Falls and enjoy a boat ride through the soaring, white limestone Marble Rocks at Bhedaghat.

Day-wise Itinerary

Welcome to madhya-pradesh! Upon arrival at Raja Bhoj Airport or Bhopal Junction, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After resting, spend a relaxing evening enjoying the scenic beauty of the Upper Lake (Bhojtal). You can opt for a boat ride at the lake or visit the fascinating madhya-pradesh Tribal Museum to get an introduction to the region's indigenous culture. Overnight stay in Bhopal.

After breakfast, check out and drive towards the beautiful hill station of Pachmarhi (approx. 200 km / 4.5 hrs). En route, we will stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bhimbetka Rock Shelters to witness prehistoric cave paintings. Continue the scenic drive into the Satpura ranges. Upon arrival in Pachmarhi, widely known as the "Queen of Satpura", check-in to your resort. Spend a peaceful evening acclimatizing to the cool hill climate. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Today is dedicated to exploring the lush green valleys and spectacular waterfalls of Pachmarhi. Using a local 4x4 Gypsy, we will visit the famous Bee Fall, where water cascades down a 35-meter drop, providing a spectacular bathing pool. We will also visit Apsara Vihar (Fairy Pool) and view the towering Rajat Prapat (Big Fall). Later, explore the ancient Pandav Caves. In the late afternoon, drive to Dhoopgarh, the highest point in the Satpura range, to witness a mesmerizing sunset. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Nature Attractions Covered:

  • Bee Fall (Jamuna Prapat)
  • Rajat Prapat (Silver Fall)

After a refreshing breakfast, check out from the hill station and descend towards the Madhai gate of Satpura National Park (approx. 90 km / 2.5 hrs). Post lunch, gear up for an exhilarating Afternoon Open Jeep Safari into the core zone of the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay in Satpura.

Wake up before dawn for a Morning Jeep Safari. Satpura is renowned for exceptional sightings of Leopards, Sloth Bears, Indian Giant Squirrels, and occasionally, the Royal Bengal Tiger. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation. In the afternoon, experience something truly magical—an exclusive Canoe Safari on the tranquil backwaters of the Denwa River. This non-motorized safari allows you to silently glide close to migratory birds and mugger crocodiles while enjoying a spectacular sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in Satpura.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ideal time is right after the monsoons, from October to February. During these months, the waterfalls in Pachmarhi and Bhedaghat are roaring with water, the landscapes are lush green, and Satpura National Park is open with excellent wildlife viewing conditions.

Most viewpoints are accessible via local Gypsy. However, reaching the base of certain waterfalls (like Bee Fall) requires descending and ascending steep stairs. While completely safe, it requires a moderate fitness level. Senior citizens can enjoy the views from the top without descending.

Yes, absolutely! The canoe safaris are conducted on the calm backwaters of the Denwa river. You will be accompanied by an expert forest guide and provided with life jackets. It's one of the safest and most peaceful ways to observe birds and shoreline wildlife.

Safari permits in MP are strictly limited by the forest department and open 120 days in advance. To guarantee your spot in the premium Madhai core zone, we strongly recommend confirming this package at least 60-90 days prior to travel.
