Frequently Asked Questions
A liveaboard is a luxury yacht or safari boat that functions as a floating hotel. Instead of staying on one island, the yacht sails through different atolls, allowing you to access remote and untouched snorkeling and diving sites (like Whale Shark points) that are far from regular resorts.
While South Ari Atoll is globally famous for year-round sightings of Whale Sharks and Manta Rays, they are wild animals in their natural habitat. Therefore, sightings depend on oceanic and weather conditions, but the liveaboard cruise gives you the highest possible chance compared to a stationary resort.
Basic swimming skills are recommended to fully enjoy the open-water snorkeling with Manta Rays and Sharks. However, if you are a non-swimmer, you will be provided with a life jacket, a flotation ring, and an expert PADI divemaster will physically guide you in the water.
"Full Board" (which is typically standard on the cruise) includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. "All-Inclusive" (which we recommend for your resort stay) covers all meals plus unlimited selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day.
