Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, our official representative will warmly greet you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel.
Evening Explorations:
- Thamel Market: After freshening up, step out to explore the vibrant, bustling streets of Thamel. It is the perfect place to shop for trekking gear, authentic pashminas, and local handicrafts.
Enjoy your first authentic Nepali or Indian dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
After a hearty breakfast, embark on a full-day guided sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley, visiting some of the most significant UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Landmarks Covered:
- Pashupatinath Temple: The holiest Hindu shrine in Nepal dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
- Boudhanath Stupa: The largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet.
- Swayambhunath Stupa: Often called the "Monkey Temple," perched on a hill offering panoramic views of Kathmandu city.
- Kathmandu Durbar Square: Explore the ancient palaces, courtyards, and the temple of Kumari, the Living Goddess.
Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Check out after breakfast and begin your scenic drive to Pokhara (approx 6-7 hours / 210 km). The route follows beautiful river valleys and lush terraced hills.

- Manakamana Temple (Optional): Stop at Kurintar to take a thrilling cable car ride up the steep hill to visit the Manakamana Temple, dedicated to the wish-fulfilling goddess. (Cable car ticket at direct payment).
Arrive in Pokhara, the city of lakes, by late afternoon. Check into your hotel. Spend a relaxing evening walking around the lively Lakeside area. Dinner and overnight stay in Pokhara.
Wake up very early (around 4:30 AM) and drive up to Sarangkot Viewpoint. Watch the magical sunrise turning the peaks of Mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) into brilliant shades of gold.
Day Explorations:
- Phewa Lake & Tal Barahi: Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Phewa Lake and visit the Tal Barahi Temple situated on an island in the middle of the lake.
- Davis Falls (Patale Chhango): Witness this unique waterfall that flows directly into a narrow and deep subterranean canal.
- Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave: Explore this mysterious, sacred cave located right across from Davis Falls, housing a natural Shiva Lingam.
- Bindhyabasini Temple: Visit the oldest temple in Pokhara city.
Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
After breakfast, bid farewell to the mountains and drive to the subtropical jungles of Chitwan National Park (approx 5 hours / 150 km).
Evening Cultural Program:
- Resort Check-in: Arrive at your jungle lodge/resort and receive a briefing about your upcoming jungle activities.
- Tharu Village Walk: Take a guided walk through a local Tharu village to understand the indigenous lifestyle.
- Tharu Cultural Stick Dance: In the evening, enjoy a vibrant traditional stick dance performance by the local Tharu community around a bonfire.

Upon reaching Kathmandu, we will directly transfer you to the Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) for your onward flight. (Note: We highly recommend booking a late afternoon or evening departure flight to comfortably accommodate the drive from Chitwan.)
