Today's Shrines:
- Triyuginarayan Temple: Take a scenic drive to this celestial village. The temple is the exact location where the marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati took place. The eternal flame (Akhand Dhuni) burning in front of the temple is said to be from the times of the divine marriage.
- Koteshwar Mahadev Temple: On your way back to Rudraprayag, visit this ancient cave temple located right on the banks of the Alaknanda river. Lord Shiva is believed to have meditated here before going to Kedarnath.
Return to your hotel for dinner. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
After breakfast, check out and begin your descent back towards the plains, making your way to Rishikesh, the "Yoga Capital of the World".
